The quote should specify the follows:
1 - Currency : USD
2 - Incoterms : DDP Yemen or DDP UAE or DDP OMAN or KSA
3 - Estimated weight and Dimensions
4 - Delivery time from receipt of order
5 - Your quotation must contain a full description of material(s), including the full ,technical data sheets /Drawings ,….etc .
