2 - Advice material availability / delivery schedule.
3 - Please highlight the deviations & exceptions if any at the primary.
4 - Please forward relevant technical data / leaflets/ drawings
5 - It shall be presumed compliance to listed specs unless defined otherwise Ex-works collection Centre (Place / city) to be advised in the quotation.
6 - Offer validity 30 days required
