Please provide your proposal as per the attached file. The following instructions shall be taken into consideration:
1. Submission: Priced Offer only. (+Freight Charges to Libya if Available)
2. Format: Only electronic copy emailed in PDF.
3. Pricing: Your quoted prices shall be Euro (or USD).
4. Payment Terms: we pay 100% in advance.
5. Scope of Proposal: Based on our submitted Scope of Work.
6. Validity of Offer: Not less than 30 days.
7. Address: Submissions shall be sent to Procurement Dept. (procurement3@almaraj.ly).
