8. Please mention MAKE OF QUOTED ITEMS
9. Please confirm availability of Manufacturer COC (Certificate of Conformance) at the time of Supply
10. Please mention the Warranty of the Quoted items
11. Please mention the Weight of the quoted items
12. Please provide validity of the quote till the end of 2023, as our customer will take time to finalize the quote
13. Our user division need an OEM authorization letter along with the quotation to verify the authenticity of our procurement and since it is a mandatory clause, please issue the same along with the quote itself
