With regards to the subject inquiry, we would like to have your Quotation based on the attached Bill of Materials and all other attached Request for Quote (RFQ) documents and information in respect to the subject Tender
I. Technical Bid/Source Document and (Provide Data sheet, Picture /confirm you have quote as per technical Document).
II. Commercial Bids must be on Company letter head paper.
III. Technical Query: Please clarify if you require any futher information before order is process
IV. Weight: Provide Weight to enable us to determine the shipping cost
V. Option quote for Sea freight & Airfreight charges
VI. Payment will made in Advance via Bank transfer, Paypal, Credit in
VII. The quotes rate shall cover all and any expense whatsoever incuured for the procurement of the materials
