Simple Steps to register as a Vendor/ Bidder with Engineers India Limited:
First, open the official Engineers India Limited Tender Portal.
Once you visit the website, on the left side, you will find multiple options in blue. Click on the E-procurement Portal.
Once you click on E-procurement Portal, you will be redirected to the Government of India’s Central Public Procurement Portal.
Check the right side of the page, under the login button, you will find the Online Bidder Enrollment tab. Click on it.
Once you click on this tab, you will be redirected to the online form for filling in the mandate details.
Please note that the fields with a red asterisk (*) are compulsory to be filled. Once you fill all the required details in the form, press the Submit button on the bottom right side of the page. Also note, that the Company name can not be changed once registered.
If you are an Indian Bidder, PAN number is mandatory but if you are a Foreign Bidder, the country name is mandatory and PAN number is not required.
You will receive the request activation mail post submission of your form. Once you submit, you will be redirected to the next page which will display all the details under Bidder Enrollment Acknowledgement.
Please check all the details once again and when sure, click on the Send Verification Code. This code would be valid for the next 900 seconds from the time of your click.
Once, you receive the code (via mail and mobile), you are requested to create a new password. When successfully done, you will be asked to log in again from the Home page with your new password to confirm.
Congratulations, you have successfully registered as a Vendor/Member on EIL.
