"Chemiquip Industries was set up way back in 1975 by Harshad Adeshra, an entrepreneur after having worked for over a period of 12 years with Indian Oil Corporation Ltd, Bharat Aluminium Company Ltd & Gujarat State Fertilizer Company Ltd. having gained Rich and Varied experience in Fabrication area.We manufacture Heat Exchangers, Tube Bundles, Inter-Coolers, After-Coolers, Oil Coolers, Pressure Vessels, Reaction Vessels etc in Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Copper and Copper Alloys, Nickel and Nickel Alloys for Chemical Plant / Fertilizers Plant / Petrochemical Industry / Gas Compression Industry / Power Stations / Steel Industry / Oil & Gas Exploration Business / Sugar Industry / Pharmaceutical Industry / Dairy Industry Equipment.Manufacturing Unit is situated in G.I.D.C. Makarpura Industrial Estate, Baroda. GIDC Industrial Estate of Baroda was established way back in 1970 and today boasts of being the best Industrial Estate in the Fabrication & Machining Business. The Estate has been developed by great Industrial Giants like IPCL, IOCL, GSFC, GNFC. As a result of above, various multinationals like ABB, Alstom, FAG, Siemens, Thermax, Bombardier Transportation have set up their facilities in & around Makarpura Industrial Estate having many ancilliary units in G.I.D.C. Makarpura Industrial Estate, BarodaTwo Fabrication Bays are available measuring about 4000 sq ft each, having Lifting Capacity of 10 Tones each with Concrete Floors with Hook Height of about 6 mts. Manufacturing Unit has complete range of Machineries such as Radial Drills, Center Lathes, Calibrated Welding sets, Automatic Tube Expander units with Electronic Torque Control, Plasma Cutting sets, Tig Welding sets, Gas Cutting sets etc. for manufacture of various types of Equipment. We have adequate Manpower of Qualified & Experienced Engineers, Draftsmen, Supervisors and Skilled Technicians to carryout the jobs. We also carryout Detailed Process Design (HTRI Software) & Mechanical Design (PV Elite, B-Jack, Micro-protocol Software) of the equipments based on parameters given by our client and prepare Detailed Engineering Drawings. These Designs are as per ASME & TEMA Codes.
