- Creating an account is fast and free

- You can get registered either as an Individual or as a company.
- Fill the details in the fields provided.
- You will get the activation link to the email address provided to verify your email address.
- By clicking the link in your email your registration process will be completed.
- Fill in Basic Details-
- Add Company Name,
- Select Company Type (Supplier/ Manufacturer/ Stockist/Trader/ PMC/ Construction/ EPC/ Others),
- Add First Name & Last Name
- Enter your email id
- And select the purpose of registration on our portal ( Interested in Buying/ Selling/Networking) (you can select either one/two or all)
- Then click on Submit
- Select your Industry Group from the list (Electrical/ Exploration/ Instrumentation/ Marine/ Mechanical/ Metals/ Oil & Gas Completion & production etc.)
- Fill in your company/organization’s Employee Strength (10-50/ 50-500/ 500-1000/1000+)
- Enter your Business Keywords relevant to your Industry Type to attract relevant search traffic. Eg. (For Electrical-Electronic Components/ Electronic Stores/ Electronic projects/ Electronic Devices/ Circuits etc.)
- Enter your Website URL- Optional

Fill in required Company details
Add Your Contact Information ( Location-(where you have your offices/units located), Landline no., Mobile No., Fax no., Email Id., Address, Select from the list of Action (Remove/ Edit your information)).

Manage Company Information
You can update your company details by following the steps mentioned below:
- Visit www.enggpro.com
- Log in using your registered email id.
- Go to your Dashboard >> Edit Profile or under My Account >> Profile.
- You may add or edit relevant business information like the company description, business keywords, website address, etc.
- This section allows you to add or update your contact details.
- Click on Submit
- You will get a message “Details have been successfully updated

- Log in using your registered email id, if not already logged in.
- Go to My Account tab >> Profile.
- On your Dashboard, Click on Edit Profile > Company Details.
- You may add or edit relevant business information
- Click on Submit

- On your dashboard, visit Edit Profile
- Go to My Account tab >> Profile.
- Under the Company Details tab, there is an option of adding ‘Logo’. Click on ‘Add’ and upload your company logo
- Save the changes

Managing Product Catalogue
Here you will learn about how to add Product to your Enggpro Catalogue?
- Log into your account
- Under My Account Menu-Select Add product to upload your product information
- On the left side, you have an option to bulk upload your product information in CSV format or on the right side you can manually enter each of your product details.
- If you want to enter each of the details manually then fill in all the compulsory fields
- Enter Product Title
- Select the Product Group from the list (Electrical/ Exploration/ Instrumentation/Mechanical/ Piping etc.)
- Select Item Name from the list of options like Cable Tray, Control Cable, etc.
- Select Item type from the list or add new (NPT, BSPT, BSPP, Metric, etc.)
- Select Manufacturing Code from the list for your Item Type. (The Manufacturing Code (or Mfg Code) is a unique identifier for each main component and is essentially the same as a serial number for that unit.)
- Select MOC for your Product. (The MOC is Material of Construction of your product For Eg.-Aluminium/ Brass/ Stainless Steel etc.)
- Select Product Dimensions
- Select Unit of Measurement (Eg. For Electrical Category-Units could be Volt, Ampere, etc.)
- Add Thickness of the product
- Enter specific relevant keywords for your listed product type.
- Upload Image of product in the required given formats.
- Enter Product Description to explain your product features, uses, and other important information in detail).
- Preview your added description
- Enter the available stock in qty (how many units you have in stock which you want to sell)
- Enter the Stock Location
- Click on Upload Your Product
- This way you can list your products one by one manually.
- Once you have uploaded products, you can see and manage your product listing by going to My Products tab.
- Go to My Account
- Select My Products (here you will be able to see all the products uploaded by you)
- You have the option to view , edit each product details or you can delete the listed product

Supplier/ Sellers
- Visit www.enggpro.com
- Click on Register on the top right panel of the page.
- Enter your Name and E-mail details.
- Click on “Join Now”.
- Click on the verification link received on your registered email id.
- Enter your basic details- Company Name, Company Type, Email ID and what is the purpose of joining this platform- Buying/Selling/Networking.
- Enter your Company Details- Industry Group, Employee Strength, and Profile
- Press Submit
- You can also upload your Company Logo and enter Contact Information.
- Once your account is active, you can Add Products, Add Services, Upload Stocks, and Upload Surplus.
Note: There is no Expiry date for a free account. You can keep it active as long as you wish.
You are free to upload an unlimited number of products and services in your User Dashboard.
Buyers, Suppliers and any person who visits Enggpro website would be able to see your listing of products under your product page in Sellers Panel.

Seller Tips
When a buyer is searching for products that you sell, he/she will be able to see your catalog listing on Enggpro platform. Buyers can choose to connect with you through:
- Post an Inquiry on Enggpro.
Note: Enggpro is only a platform for connecting buyers with suppliers. It does not have any role to play in the transactions between the two parties.
To get a quick response from buyers, you must:
- Provide complete information about your product on your catalog, including but not limited to, product price, description, high-resolution image, contact details.
- Reply to buyer inquiries instantly.
- Send messages and quotations to buyers using your Enggpro seller panel.
Note: Enggpro is only a platform for connecting buyers with suppliers. It does not have any role to play in the transactions between the two parties.
When you reply to an Inquiry, please consider the following:
- Understand the buyer requirement thoroughly
- Try to respond to an Inquiry on the same day, however, do not send reminders too early
- Reply with all the requested details
- Keep your reply short and to the point and don’t include unnecessary details
- Reply with the same currency and measurement units as quoted in the Inquiry
- Add a personal signature on each post including your business address and contact details
- Always maintain an updated record of the communication you have with the buyer
- Your seller panel gives you the option to send messages to your buyers using the ‘Messages’ section. You can chat with your buyer to understand his/her requirements better, thereby, increasing your chances of conversion.

- Visit www.enggpro.com and search for the product/services either by searching by category or by item name using the search box.
- From the search result page, you can also choose/enter the preferred city or country of product/supplier you wish to source products/services.
To post a Buy Inquiry, follow these simple steps.
- Log into www.enggpro.com
- Enter the product name/specifications/category of the product you wish to buy
- Select the products based on your preferred city and company
- Click Inquiry and fill in the details required
- Get quotes from seller
To get more accurate results, follow the instructions given below:
- Limit your search keywords to a maximum of 3 or 4 words, longer keywords result in inaccurate results.
- Ensure that you are spelling the product name correctly.
- Use the city/state/country filter to search for a product from specific locations.
- To search for products, tick the corresponding checkbox on the search result page based on your requirements like search by Category/ Item/ Type/ Mfg Code/ Moc/ Dimension/ Unit/ Stock.
