Welcome to ENGGPRO (“ENGGPRO”, “we”, “us”, “our”). ENGGPRO is a global B2B platform that connects verified buyers and sellers across industrial sectors. By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the ENGGPRO website, applications, tools, or services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

“Platform” refers to ENGGPRO and its services, tools, and digital properties.
“User” means any individual or entity using the Platform, including Buyers and Sellers.
“Seller” means any individual or company listing products or services on the Platform.
“Buyer” means any individual or company seeking to procure products or services through the Platform.
“RFQ” or “Request for Quotation” means a request posted by a Buyer seeking pricing and product/service details from Sellers.
“Content” means all information submitted or displayed on the Platform, including company profiles, listings, images, documents, messages, RFQs, responses, reviews, and ratings.

2. User Eligibility

To use ENGGPRO, you must:

Be at least 18 years old;
Have authority to represent a company or business (if using on behalf of an organization);
Be capable of entering legally binding contracts under applicable law.

3. Account Registration

Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials and all activity under their account.
ENGGPRO may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts suspected of fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

4. Buyer Responsibilities

Post genuine RFQs/RFPs for legitimate sourcing needs and provide clear requirements.
Communicate with Sellers in good faith and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
Not misuse, resell, or republish proprietary Platform data, supplier information, or Content without authorization.
Be solely responsible for procurement decisions, due diligence, negotiations, purchase orders, payments, and contracts with Sellers.

5. Seller Responsibilities

Maintain accurate, lawful, and up-to-date company profiles and product/service listings.
Respond promptly and truthfully to RFQs and buyer inquiries.
Not post false, misleading, infringing, confidential, or prohibited Content.
Honor commitments made to Buyers through quotes or negotiations (subject to mutually agreed written terms between Buyer and Seller).
Protect Buyer information and keep communications confidential where applicable.

6. Use of the Platform

Users agree not to:

Disrupt, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems.
Upload viruses, malware, harmful code, or attempt to bypass security or rate limits.
Use the Platform for unlawful purposes, including fraud, money laundering, sanctioned trade, or prohibited items.
Scrape, harvest, copy, or extract data from the Platform without written authorization.
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent affiliation with any company.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of their Content. By submitting Content, you grant ENGGPRO a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display, and create derivative works of such Content for Platform operations, moderation, safety, marketing, and promotions.
You represent and warrant that you own or have all rights and permissions required to submit the Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
All ENGGPRO branding, design, software, and Platform content (excluding user Content) are owned by ENGGPRO and may not be used without permission.

8. Verification and Reviews

ENGGPRO may verify Buyers and Sellers through internal processes or third-party checks, but does not guarantee identity, capability, licensing, certifications, or performance.
Reviews and ratings are user-generated. ENGGPRO is not responsible for their accuracy and may remove or moderate Content that violates policies or laws.
Attempts to manipulate reviews, ratings, or verification signals may result in suspension or termination.

9. Search Engine Visibility & Public Indexing

By creating an account, listing a company profile, or publishing any Content on ENGGPRO, you acknowledge and agree that your company name, profile, product/service listings, and certain publicly submitted business information may be published publicly and may be indexed, cached, and displayed by third-party search engines and discovery platforms (including Google and others).

You authorize ENGGPRO to make your public profile and listings discoverable for search and marketing purposes.
ENGGPRO does not control third-party search engines. Removal from ENGGPRO does not guarantee immediate removal from third-party caches or results.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any information you publish is accurate, lawful, non-confidential, and authorized for public display.
ENGGPRO shall not be liable for any exposure, caching, ranking impact, copying, or third-party use of publicly available Content.

10. Communication Tools

ENGGPRO provides messaging and email tools to facilitate Buyer–Seller communication.

All communications must be professional, lawful, and respectful.
Spam, unsolicited promotions, abusive content, or harassment may result in restriction, suspension, or termination.
ENGGPRO is not responsible for the content of communications exchanged between users.

11. Fees and Payments

Registration may be free or paid depending on the plan selected.
Premium plans, promotions, verification badges, and other services may carry fees.
Unless explicitly stated in writing, payments are non-refundable.
ENGGPRO is not a party to Buyer–Seller transactions and does not guarantee payment, delivery, or performance.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may include links to third-party websites or services. ENGGPRO does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

13. Termination of Access

ENGGPRO may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts and access if:

You breach these Terms or Platform policies;
Fraud, misrepresentation, prohibited items, or abuse is detected;
Legal, compliance, or regulatory concerns arise;
Required to do so by law or authorities.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

ENGGPRO is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ENGGPRO disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ENGGPRO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or reputation. ENGGPRO is not responsible for disputes, performance, quality, delivery, pricing, payment, or contractual obligations between Buyers and Sellers.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ENGGPRO, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; (d) your violation of any law or third-party rights; or (e) any dispute or transaction between you and another user.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

18. Changes to Terms

ENGGPRO may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
