ranges in size from 10 NB to 1800 NB, Pressure Rating Class 150#
to 2500# and even higher classes and the Material of Construction
can be Cast Iron, Cast Steel, Stainless Steel, Forged Steel, Gun Metal as
well as Alloy Steel to suit specific customers’ requirement.We would like
to inform you that our company has ISO 9001 – 2008 / ISO 14001: 2004 /
BS OHSAS 18001: 2007 Certified by TUV NORD- GERMANY. Also
we are approved with DGQA, MAZGAON DOCK, MECON, PDIL, LLYODS, BVIS,
DNV, CEIL, TDC, NTPC, BHEL, NPCIL, BAXCOUNCIL and others. Further,
we are also EIL approved Company and bearing ISI mark
for our Butterfly Valves up to 1200 mm, Reflux valve Air
valve.As a backward
integration we have set up various foundries(A) Foundry
for S/Steel, WCB etc with capacity of 110 Kw / 1000
Kg.(B) Foundry
for Aluminum& Bronze.(C) A cupola
furnace for Cast Iron (Gr. 22/24/26) with a capacity of single
piece casting of 400 Kg.(D) An induction
furnace for “Investment Casting†of 125 Kw having
capacity of 150 Kg per piece can be made. This foundry has
Ductable Air Conditioning Plant for better dimensional controls. Moreover we
have in-house Dies / Mould
& Pattern shop.With this level of Backward
Integration we are able to provide Faster Deliveries, Quality Control and Cost
