Plasto Pumps & Valves was established in 2001 by promoters having over a decade experience in the pump industry. During our early stage of working with the pump industry and specially in the Chemical pump section ,we found that the main problem faced by the user of Chemical pumps was leakage from the seal and maintenance & breakdown occurring frequently due to it. To resolve the above main problem of the pump user, we found that Seal-less pumps with Magnetic drive technology was the perfect solution. Hence we started our production of Seal-less Magnetic Drive pumps under the brand name of Plasto. The technology was new and many customer were either unaware of it or hesitating to use it. Also there was a perception in the industry that Seal-less Magnetic Drive Pumps are very expensive, since other brands available in the country and imported pumps were very costly. However we developed very cost effective and user friendly pumps, which are very easy to use and maintain. Seal-less Magnetic Drive Pumps automatically solves the problem of leakage since there is no seal used in the pump. Due to this versatile feature our pumps found very good response in the market and industry. Today our pumps are supplied all over the country and have established a nation wide dealer network to offer better Sales & Service to the customer. We have also added to our product list other varieties of pumps i.e. High capacity Seal type pumps in PP, Small & medium sized monoblock PP pumps and Centrifugal SS 316 pumps. We are also on the verge of introducing another break through technology of Rotary Sliding Vane pumps. These are positive displacement pumps with high efficiency and performance than conventional Rotary Gear Pumps used for handling viscous liquids.
