R & D THERM (I) PVT. LTD. was founded in 1999 for supplying Heat Exchangers,Pressure Vessels and Columns. The company started its activities in a small 1000sq.ft constructed shop and slowly it has grown to a 4000sq.m plot with 10000sq.ft constructed shop having five overhead cranes.The emphasis was given on implementing proper Quality system as per ASME standards.R & D Therm is an ISO 9001:2008 company and has been certified by the Pressure Vessel Inspectorate of the SVTI which is an accredited public administrative body of Switzerland for the assessment of conformity of law & for safety of pressure vessels & pressure equipments for manufacturing and repairing of pressure vessels.R & D Therm is involved in Process/Mechanical Designing and Manufacturing of Chemical Process Equipments in various High Alloy steel like S.S, Titanium, Hastelloy,Sanicro-28,Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel following International codes like ASME,DIN and TEMA under International Inspection Agencies like Lloyds, BVIS, Jacobs H&G, TC etc.Our Clients are mainly from Chemical, Pharmaceutical & Oil Industries like HUL, Aditya Birla,Wipro, Dr Reddy, Indian Oil etc Our shop is approved by chief of controller of explosives for manufacturing of pr essure vessels under SMPV rules. Works is situated in Nashik and Sales office in Mumbai.
