inspection procedure and our inspection engineer take care of materials
traceability w.r.t quality norms and QAP. We inspect
materials internally on arrival eg. Visual, Dimension, Marking, Heat No. Lot
No. etc. We keep all material certificates handy sourced from Japanese,
European, Korean, Indian Mills Certificate during client or Third party
inspection.

We ensure that material in stock are having heat no , size ,
grade , manufacture marking etc. and can be correlated with MTC.
• Dimensional
Inspection
Pipes, Flanges and fittings are checked for dimensional accuracy by our
Inspection department before delivery by using calibrated measuring
instruments by Govt. approved Agencies.
• Lab Testing
Facility
The material is in stock tested for chemical & mechanical properties. The
Results are confirmed to meet original material requirements before
processing /dispatch . Additional Testing we can offer as per client’s
requirements of QAP.
• We arrange
PMI Testing
Stainless Steel, Duplex,
Super Duplex, 6mo, Cu Ni , Titanium and Nickel Alloy Materials are PMI
tested internally before inspection or dispatch of materials.
• Hydro Test
Facility
All type of Fittings, pipes is tested at a specified static pressure for a
predetermined period for no leakage as per client’s requirements.
• Ultrasonic
Test
We have internal UT
testing facility insure the quality of product by our level II person conform
the quality.
• MPT Test
We have internal MPT
testing facility insure the quality of product by our level IIperson
conform the quality.
• LPT Test
We have internal LPT
testing facility insure the quality of product by our level II person conform
the quality.

Inspection Facility

with reputed TPI like BVIL, TUV-SUD, NORD, LRS, ABS, PDIL, IRS, VELOSI, GL,
DNV , we get the inspection done by this third party as per client
requirement.
