Since 2000, we have been a leading Designer and Manufacturer of Metallic Bellows, Fabric Bellows, Rubber Bellows, and Flexible Corrugated Hose assemblies with wire braiding in Anand, Gujarat, India. We manufacture thin wall Axial Bellows, Universal Bellows, Hinge Bellows, Pressure balanced bellows, Gimbal bellows, Dismantling joints, and slip type bellows. Metallic bellows are made of stainless steel, hastelloy, incoloy, inconel, monel, and duplex stainless steel.Fabric bellows are made of a glass fabric, glass felt, ptfe coated glass cloth, and virgin ptfe sheet composite.EPDM, Nitrile, Viton, and Silicon are the materials used in the construction of the rubber bellows that we manufacture. We can design these bellows for pressures ranging from full vacuum to 125Kg/cm2g and temperatures ranging from -20 to 1200 degrees Celsius. It may, however, vary depending on the size and type of bellows. Fabric bellows have a pressure range of full vacuum to 0.200 Kg/cm2g and a temperature range of up to 1200 degrees Celsius. Metallic and fabric bellows come in circular, rectangular, and square structures. We have successfully supplied expansion bellows and joints to coal and lignite-based power plants, geothermal power plants, hydro power plants, gas-based power plants, cement plants, refineries, sugar mills, paper mills, turbine manufacturers, heat exchanger manufacturers, OEMs, and a variety of other industrial applications.
