S.S. Fabricators was founded in 2011 by Mr. Sabhajeet Jaiswar as an engineering firm for fabrication & manufactures the entire range of process equipment for end-users in core industry segments like Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Petrochemical, Oil, Gas, Thermal Power, Fertilizers, Bio- fertilizers, Paint, Polymer, Resin, pesticides, dyes & other process industries.The company was started as a small entrepreneurial venture at VASAI east Maharashtra after 40 years of varied experience in the field of heavy engineering, design and manufacturing of process equipments. Today, we are equipped to face the challenges of the new millennium and present ourselves as a reliable partner in executing lump-sum turnkey projects as well as construction of plants in these fields.We offer various types of blending vessels with agitator or magnetic mixers, Industrial mixers, all types of organic-inorganic chemical manufacturing plants, pressure vessels, phase separators, skid mounted refineries for oil & gas industries, mixing & distillation skids, heat exchangers, distillation columns, reactors, Hydrogenators, autoclaves, Fermenters, receivers, chemical & silo storage tanks, static mixer, vessels & other processing equipments. Through the estimation, engineering and fabrication experience in each of these industries we are qualified to work with many different materials, Which include stainless steel, Carbon steel, Clad, Hastelloy, Alloy and high nickel alloys. We follow all the international standards like ASME, ASTM, IS, EN, TEMA, DIN & API for manufacturing all process equipment’s.Working on simple principles like integrity and commitment, S.S.
