Forged Seamless Rings, Non Standard Forgings Such As Couplers, Forged Fittings,
Forged Components for Valve Bodies and Bonnets, Gear Blanks, Pinions, Roller

ISO 9001 – 2015 by Bureau Veritas, Nuclear Power Corporation Limited,
Indian Boiler Regulation have approved our forge shop. (All being Government of
India, Organization) We execute orders under Third Party Inspection Agencies
such as, Lloyds Registrar of Industrial Services, TUV, DNV, Nuclear Power
Corporation of India Ltd, IBR, etc. We are exporting forged flanges, couplers, forged fittings and forged components for
valve bodies and bonnets to Middle East customers.  Our Core competenceOur major core
competence is the ability to manufacture
and deliver any kind of tailor made forgings within the shortest
possible time, as we manufacture forgings against your Purchase order. Which
means, you do not have to wait long for the batch production for just single
flange/forging. Thus, ensuring fast production and less over head expenses for

pricing. Materials and Standards that we work on.We have huge stock of
Stainless Steel, Duplex Steel, Super Duplex Steel, Alloy Steel and Carbon Steel
raw material with various grades and sizes, so as to execute order very
quickly. We are extremely
competitive in making forgings from: AISI S.S. Grageds 304,
304 L, 316, 316 L, 316 Ti, 321, 303, 410, 416, 420, 430 F, 431 etc. Alloy Steel grades such
as, A 182 F1, F5, F9, F12, F 22, LF 2, LF 3, etc.   Carbon Steel grades
such as, API 45 K, 60K, 75K, ASTM A 105, A 106 A/B/C, SA 266 Cl. II etc. High Tensile Strength
Steel such as, En8, En9, En16, En18, En19, En24 etc.We manufacture Forged
Flanges of ASTM/ASME, ANSI, DIN, JIS, API and BS standards.India is a place where
