Registered in 2008 as a private limited company managed by a Multi-Cultural board of Directors who have 30+ Years rich experience and well versed with the Latest Manufacturing Technology and Quality Concepts in Control Valve Industry. We caters to various industries in Upstream, Mid Stream and Downstream sectors, Power, Water and other process industries. Quality Standards and Approvals: We design and manufacture all the valves in-house (General and Severe service) meeting the applicable International Codes and Standards. We have implemented QMS from the inception and got certified to ISO 9001: 2015 by TUV-SUD and our organization is also registered to manufacture of Control Valves and Actuators under the Indian Boiler Regulations, 1950. Product Range: • Size & Type: ½” to 20” (higher sizes upon request) as a standard or higher sizes as needed, up to ANSI 2500# rating Globe, Angle & 3-way Control Valves. • Trims: Balanced, Unbalanced & Cage guided, low & Micro-flow, Anti-Cavitation and Noise Control covering standard to severe service applications • Material of Construction: Standard & Special materials such as Duplex, Super Duplex, Aluminum Bronze, and other exotic alloys. • Actuators include Single acting diaphragm, Single & Double Acting Piston actuators. (Other actuator types & accessories are bought out) • Our customized solutions for high Cavitation "Cav-KILL®" and Noise "Deci-NILL®" are some of the very good examples to handle severe service applications. Facility: • A well-knit team with 30 years of rich experience is engaged right from the Design and Engineering, Manufacture, Assembly, Testing and Painting of Control Valves focusing on providing the right product and solution to any of the customer requirements. • With the well-equipped factory of 35,200 sq.ft , Office space - 12,000 sq.ft and R&D space – 3,000 sq.ft covered area we are able to manufacture all parts in-house ensuring required quality level.
