We have been providing the Detail engineering and Construction Management services using our database system “AMOGH” for Piping, Structure and E & I since the year 2006 and have executed more than 60 projects for various MNC’s. We have executed projects in India, MENA region, Southeast Asia region and our database system is used for implementing the project requirements of owners/consultants like BPCL, VEDANTA, EIL, ADNOC, ARAMCO, PDO, KOC, KNPC, BECHTEL, etc. AMOGH is an integrated web application and can interface/ integrate with other third-party ERP systems like SAP, Primavera, etc. We have recently executed the below Projects in India with EIL as the Project Consultant. 1. LSTK Package for NHT, PENEX and Balance of Units for BPCL-Kochi Refinery 2. RGD Project, Barmer Rajasthan (Raageshwari Deep Gas Development Project, Vedanta Ltd)3. GSFC - UREA II Revamp – Piping S010609 – L&T And is currently executing a project in India (HPCL Rajasthan Refinery - LLDPE/HDPE Swing Unit Project, PACHPADRA, Rajasthan, India). Presently we are providing our services to major MNC contractors like Petrofac International Ltd, Saipem SpA, Tecnimont SpA, Samsung Engineering, JGC Corporation, China Petroleum Engineering & Construction Corporation (CPECC), etc. and are associated with them for Detail Engineering and Project Management activities As an overview we provide a managed service, using our own manpower and database system (AMOGH). By integrating all the information like Engineering, Material, Schedule, Logistics, Quality requirements, Site situation, etc., our system prepares and provides Construction Work Packages (Job Cards). Our system monitors all project activities at the micro-level, taking care of all the QA/QC requirements and the final documentation with the required assistance to the Pre-commissioning and Commissioning team. AMOGH system includes the disciplines- Piping, Mechanical Equipment, Steel Structure, E&I, and the system is customizable as per the project team’s requirements. AMOGH is a web-based system and a mobile application for the system is also available for all general activities and some specific requirements like Barcode/RFID material control. Real-time Material and progress-related status and progress of Piping/steel structure can be reviewed on a 3D Model and is a great tool for project management/site team for construction planning and risk review/planning.
