ZLD Precision Mold is a Dongguan-based manufacturer founded in 2019, specialising in drill point dies for self-drilling screws. We manufacture standard and custom L1-L7 dies covering IFI #4-#14 and DIN ST2.9-ST6.3, in SKH high-speed steel (M2, M9, M51) and tungsten carbide, with optional PVD coating.Dies are ground to micron-level tolerances and can be made from drawings, screw samples, old die photos or production requirements.
