Shell side oil : 0.0002 hr m2degC/kcal and Tube side water : 0.0004 hr m2degC/kcal. Shell side 0.5 kgf/cm2 and water side 0.5 kgf/cm2. Water flow - Minimum 1 m/s at normal flow. Oil in Shell and water in tube. Inlet Pressure Shell Side Lube oil - 8-12 Barg. Tube Side water - 2.5 Barg Tube size - 19.05 mm OD. Size limitation, if any - Length less than 1.5 Mtr. Nozzles - You have to specify.
