Offer should have due clarity on compliance to technical specifications & point-wise compliance to the scope of work. Commercial Offer to be submitted with break-up as much as possible, preferably in the scope of work format. In case of any deviation related to technical aspects as mentioned in this RFQ, kindly submit a separate Deviation sheet. If no deviation is provided, it shall be construed that you have fully complied to all requirements. Exclusions, if any, should be highlighted in the offer.
