Tenderer to confirm that it understands that all Goods in full quantity must be delivered within prescribed time frame from execution of the Purchase Order If Not, Tenderer must state the proposed delivery lead time. Bidder shall specify the "OEM" (Original Equipment Manufacturer) & " COO" (Country of Origin) information. Bidder to confirm fully compliance to the required specification, please mention clearly deviation in case applicable. Bidder can quote with Ex-Works as well. 2 weeks is anticipated Lead-time to delivery material after issuing Purchase Order, however bidder can advise best possible delivery time.
