Please submit your offer/quotation in two separate parts: one technical and one commercial. Your quotation should clearly specify the following terms and conditions: 1. In the event of an order, a GA Drawing must be submitted for approval by M/s.BMMIL before manufacturing. Upon approval, manufacturing should commence, and GA Drawings should be submitted within 2-3 working days after receiving the purchase order (soft copy via email). If required. 2. Materials must be supplied as per the approved drawing; otherwise, they will be rejected. 3. Please confirm the GST & HSN Code. 4. P & F Charges: Nil/Inclusive 5. Required Delivery Period (including transit time) 6. Freight Paid basis upto FOR BMMIL Site, Danapur (including transit insurance). 7. Payment terms: 100% of the basic value along with 100% of taxes will be paid within 30 days of receipt and acceptance of the ordered items. 8. Material Test Certificate to be submitted along with the supply of materials. 9. Warranty: 18 months from the date of supply or 12 months from the date of installation, whichever is earlier. 10. Warranty Certificate to be submitted along with the supply of materials. 11. BMMIL reserves the right to inspect the material upon receipt to confirm the required specifications. In the event of rejection due to deviations in specification/chemical composition, you must arrange free replacement within 7 days from the date of communication from BMMIL. Please clearly indicate any other applicable conditions.
