If there are any deviations from our requirements, please specify them clearly. 4. Please include the shipping weight in your offer to allow for freight estimation. 5. The country of origin must be mentioned in the quote and in all documentation when supplying the items. While processing and delivering the order, the following conditions must be applied: 1. Materials manufactured over 5 years ago will not be accepted. 2. The original commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin (COO) must accompany all orders. 3. If applicable, a Chamber of Commerce letter should be included. 4. Kindly specify in the offer if there are any additional costs associated with the requested certificates.
