The offer shall include the Cost of commissioning and startup spares. Shall include the cost of 2 years of operation spares as a separate line item. Please include the following information in your quotation: All Prices on CIF/ DDP Doha-Qatar basis as per the Units requested in B.O.Q. Packing Charges, Total Weights, and Volumes to be indicated. Delivery Charges: F.O.B. and C.I.F. prices to Doha – Qatar Sea Port/Airport to be provided if any prices are given on Ex-Works basis. Accurate Time scale for Delivery. (Ex-Works basis) Validity of Prices (Minimum 120 days) Preferred Method of Payment (60 days credit / LC 90 days after receipt of Materials, etc.) Manufacturer Name from QAPCO PVL (where offer is from a Supplier/Trader/ Manufacturer). Country of Origin / Port or Airport of Shipment. We required your compliance on technical specification. If you have any deviation the same should be mentioned in separate sheet with reason for deviation.
