1	Flow Meters	9	Set	Scope of work includes taking delivery from warehouse or from the places of storage, on site transportation, handling, storage, unpacking , calibration along with supply of consumables etc. The activity includes following operations: a) Diff Pressure Flow Transmitters are supplied with :- i) Flanged diaphragm seal of various sizes & pressure rating, ii) Flush ring of various sizes. b) Fixing of the transmitter on the mounting stand/ stanchion. c) Installation, bolting & tightening of flanged diaphragm seal along with drip ring on the flanged nozzle (of vessel or on process line). Isolation valves shall be installed on the flushing ports of the flush ring. d) Laying, supporting, clamping of capillary tubes of diaphragm seal transmitter. e) Connection of the transmitter to the signal cable. Payment for the same is covered in laying, glanding, dressing, clamping, identification, ferruling and termination of cables. Supply and Installation of Printed SS Tag with SS tie f) Supply of all sorts of erection materials (including clamps, nuts bolts etc.) grouting material (cement, concrete, sand etc.), steel Support, Clamps support for close couple hookup. g) Painting of all erected structural items (excluding impulse line) inclusive supply of paint (Paint make shall be Asian/Berger/Nerolac). h) If required during installation of transmitter, making temporary supports / scaffolding etc. is in contractors scope of work. i) Any other work not specified above but required for installation of transmitter is also in contractor's scope of work. j) Free Issue to contractor :- Supply of Diff pressure Flow transmitters and mounting brackets ", and for more specification, please Refer attached sheet
