While preparing your offer, kindly ensure the following: The offer should clearly demonstrate compliance with the technical specifications, including point-wise alignment with the defined scope of work. A duly signed and stamped copy of the technical specifications is required as part of your submission. Any deviations or exclusions from the specified technical requirements must be explicitly listed in a separate “Deviation & Exclusion” sheet. In the absence of such a list, the offer will be considered fully compliant. The techno-commercial offer should be submitted in accordance with the Price Schedule format provided within the technical documents and additionally if bidder may add additional line item as per their requirement..
