Terms & Conditions: Mention Below terms and conditions in your offer. P&F – Nil, in your scope Payment term- 45 days credit from Invoice Date. Mention your acceptance for our LD clause, LD Clause shall be applicable after delivery date as per PO at a rate of 0.5% of basic order value per week delay or part thereof subjected to maximum of 5% of basic order value for delayed deliveries. Further After delivery period we may cancel PO at any time, depending upon our material urgency. Mention Correct Delivery period (Inclusive of Transit time required to deliver material at our Factory). If material not received within delivery period LD clause will be strictly applicable. Transporation – Inclusive FOR door delivery with Unloading at our Site. Applicable GST Rate along with 8 Digit HSN / SAC code for each items should be provided in the quotation. Mention Validity of rates in quotation Along with material supply we require all Invoice copies (Original, Duplicate for transporter, extra copy), & documents like Packing list, Test certificates, IBR Certificates, warranty cards, PDI, drawings, E Way Bill, etc if required/Applicable. If Freight charges added in Invoice, require LR copy mentioning same amount as charged in Invoice. If Warranty clause is applicable, we require either Warranty card, Warranty mentioned on your Invoice, or e-mail confirmation for warranty. In Quotation clearly mention whether you accept our above LD clause? If Not mentioned, we will consider your acceptance. Important Note – Quotation Must be Sent in PDF Format Only with all above commercial terms and conditions within 24 Hours, otherwise we will not bound to consider your Quotation.
